Abstract: In the new era, China's green mining industry has ushered in a rare historical development opportunity, which has greatly promoted the pace of green mine construction in China.This paper reviews the progress of green mine construction in China, sorts out the policy documents of green mine construction in China, summarizes the basic conditions, requirements and standards of green mine construction in China, draws on the foreign experience of green mine construction, local government and corporate practices, and analyzes under the guidance of XI Jinping Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the new era, China's green mine construction and development should firmly establish the concept of green mine construction and development, ensure the implementation of green mine construction support policies, and improve the law.The legal system promotes the construction of green mines, actively promotes the application of new technologies for green mine construction, and strengthens the supervision and management of mineral resources development.
