基于PSR和GA-Elman模型的露天矿区生态安全评价研究

    Research on ecological security evaluation of open-pit mine area based on PSR and GA-Elman model

    • 摘要: 针对矿区植被破坏、水土流失等生态问题,以洛阳市三道庄露天矿区为研究对象,采用PSR模型构建矿区生态安全评价指标体系,对2008~2017年矿区生态安全进行评价;利用遗传算法对神经网络权值和阈值进行优化,构建了GA-Elman预测模型,对2018~2025年矿区生态安全变化趋势进行预测并分析。结果表明:2008~2017年矿区生态安全综合指标呈W型上升趋势,从中度不安全等级转为轻度不安全等级,2018~2025年矿区生态安全综合指数呈上升趋势,基本处于较安全等级。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the ecological problems such as vegetation damage and soil erosion in the mining area, a mining area in Luoyang, Henan province is used as the research object.The PSR model is used to construct the ecological safety evaluation index system of the mining area to evaluate the ecological security of the mining area from 2008 to 2017.Combining the advantages of genetic algorithm and Elman neural network, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the weight and threshold of neural network, and the GA-Elman prediction model is constructed to predict and analyze the ecological security trend of mining area from 2018 to 2025.The results show that the comprehensive ecological security index of the mining area from 2008 to 2017 shows a W-shaped curve, which changes from a moderately unsafe level to a mild unsafe level.From 2018 to 2025, the overall ecological security of the mining area is on the rise, basically at a safer level.
