建筑物下“采-充-留”协调开采相似材料模拟对比分析

    Comparative analysis of similar materials on coordinated mining mixed with backfilling and keeping under the buildings

    • 摘要: 针对建筑物下压煤采出率低、采动损害等问题,对“采-充-留”协调开采法进行深入研究。以钱家营矿七采区为研究对象,以相似模型试验为研究手段,首先使用“采-充-留”方法模拟开采7煤层和12煤层,然后与全采进行对比分析。实验结果表明,7煤层和12煤层“采-充-留”协调开采后,覆岩导水裂缝带发育高度为17 m,垮落角为59°和64°,开采扰动后松散层压缩量为1.34 mm/m,地表下沉率为0.11,各指标均小于全采后的情况。研究结果表明,“采-充-留”协调开采法既提高了压煤的采出率,又在一定程度上控制了上覆岩层及地表的变形,能有效减少地表设施的损害。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems of low coal mining rate and serious mining damage under building, mining method is studied on the coordinated mining mixed with backfilling and keeping method.Taking the 7th mining district of Qianjiaying coal mine as the research object, and used the similar simulation test as the research method.It's used the "mining-backfilling-keeping" method to mining the No.7 and No.12 coal seam, and then compared and analyzed the result with the caving mining.The experimental results show that after the coordinated mining, the development height of the water conducted fracture zone is 17 m, the slump angles are 59° and 64°, and the loose layer compression after mining disturbance is 1.34 mm/m, the surface subsidence rate is 0.11, and so, all indicators are smaller than after caving mining.The research results show that the coordinated mining mixed with backfilling and keeping method not only improves the mining rate, but also controls the deformation of overlying strata and surface to some extent, and can effectively reduce the damage of surface facilities.
