Abstract: At the background of centralized data management, the construction of bibliographic center can safely and effectively explore the archives' deeper value and promote the utilization of natural resources specialized archives.Combining the massive information that contained in archives can provide better services for the government and the public, thus achieve the sharing of information.Based on the current situation of ministry of natural resources specialized archives management, this paper discusses the necessity and importance of the bibliographic center, puts forward the idea of two-level and five-layer system of the bibliographic center, and from the aspects of standards development, database construction, platform construction, directory services expounds the specific route of construction.Finally, the paper analyzes the difficulties and problems that will be faced with of the bibliographic center construction.
