Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of blasting holes, high gangue rate and low overall excavation efficiency in the concentrated high-pumping ventilation roadway in the south wing of No.5 mining area of Yangmei No.5 coal mine, LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the wedge-shaped cutting and composite cutting schemes, and the variation law of internal stress in rock mass is studied and field tests are carried out.The results show that the composite cutting is more conducive to breaking rock.Grooving cavity to improve blasting efficiency.Compared with the original scheme, the new scheme improves the single-cycle footage by 0.46 m, and the utilization ratio of blasting holes increases from 69.5% to 92.5%, and there is no visible large gangue.The new scheme has achieved remarkable results, which has a reference value for similar rock roadway blasting tunneling.
