近距离煤层下组煤回采巷道围岩破碎机理及加固技术研究

    Study on surrounding rock fragmentation mechanism and reinforcement technology of mining roadway in the lower group of close coal seam

    • 摘要: 为解决近距离煤层下组煤回采巷道围岩破碎、支护体失效等问题,以沙坪煤矿为工程背景,采用数值模拟和理论分析相结合的研究方法,分析了近距离上组煤采空区下底板岩层的应力分布规律及下组煤回采巷道变形破坏特征;在此基础上,提出了以注浆加固为主,锚杆支护为辅的深浅孔层次全断面注浆与锚杆联合控制技术,并成功应用于工程实践。工程实践结果表明:所提出的深浅孔注浆与锚杆联合控制技术实现了近距离煤层下组煤回采巷道的全方位加固,试验区域内顶板累计变形量在50 mm左右,两帮累计变形量在140 mm左右,巷道围岩结构较为完整,无松动破坏,有效地解决了近距离煤层下组煤破碎围岩巷道支护难题。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of surrounding rock fragmentation and support failure in the mining roadway in the lower group of close coal seam, based on the engineering background of Shaping coal mine, the stress distribution law of the lower floor strata in the goaf of the upper group coal seam and the deformation and failure characteristics of the lower group coal roadway are analyzed by the method of combining numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The combined control technology of full-face grouting in deep and shallow hole level and bolt supporting has been successfully applied in engineering practice.The engineering practice results show that the combined control technology of deep and shallow hole grouting and bolt has realized the omni-directional reinforcement of the mining roadway in the lower group of close coal seam.The cumulative deformation of roof in the test area is about 50 mm, and the cumulative deformation of both sides is about 140 mm.The surrounding rock structure of the roadway is relatively complete and there is no loosening damage.It effectively solves the broken surrounding rock roadway in the lower group of close coal seam support problems.
