Abstract:
In order to explore the influence of different coal and rock combination forms and different combination units on the pre-peak and post-peak deformation energy of the composite, the uniaxial compression experiments were carried out on the composites with different proportions.Experimental results show that:the pre-peak and post-peak deformation energy of the fine sandstone-coarse sandstone-coal composite is greater than that of the fine sandstone-coal-coarse sandstone-coal composite. When the combined element meets a certain height ratio, the peak accumulated deformation energy or the post-peak consumed deformation energy of the combined unit has a maximum value. When the height ratio of the coarse sandstone and the fine sandstone is equal and changes among 20%, 25%, 33%, 40%, 50% and 60%, the condition that the height ratio of the combined unit coal is equal with each corresponding height ratio, for the fine sandstone-coal-coarse sandstone combination type, the height ratio of the fine sandstone is the main factor that determines the pre-peak accumulated deformation energy of the composite. The post-peak consumption deformation energy can be alternately affected by the proportion of height occupied by the fine sandstone and the coarse sandstone. For the coarse sandstone-coal-fine sandstone combination type, the pre-peak accumulation deformation can be alternately affected by the height ratio of the fine sandstone and the coarse sandstone. The height ratio of the coarse sandstone is the main factor that determines the post-peak deformation energy consumption of the composite. The results provide a reference for the underground mining design of Junde coal mine and the research on the prevention and control of rock burst in the mining process.
