煤炭企业生产经营的GMI理论模型研究

    Study on GMI theory model of coal enterprise production and management

    • 摘要: 新常态背景下,煤炭行业度过了“黄金十年”快速发展期,许多煤炭企业出现了结构转型困难、资源利用不合理等一系列问题。为实现煤炭企业结构转型升级和安全高效绿色的愿景,本文延伸现阶段国家较为提倡的专业化运营模式的内涵,基于相关理论研究,确立了“目标(Goal)-模式(Model)-创新(Innovation)”(GMI)的理论框架,创新性构建了“三化”运营模式和TMC创新体系,积极探索煤炭企业新型的生产经营管控模式,并以禾草沟煤业有限公司作为案例进行分析。

       

      Abstract: Under the new normal background, the coal industry has experienced a rapid development period of “golden decade”, and many coal enterprises have experienced a series of problems such as structural transformation difficulties and unreasonable resource utilization.In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprise structure and the vision of safe, efficient, green development, this paper extends the connotation of the professional operation mode advocated by China at this stage.Based on relevant theoretical researches, this paper establishes the theoretical framework of Goal-Model-Innovation (GMI), innovatively constructs the“three-oriented”operation model and TMC innovation system, and actively explores the new management mode of production and operation of coal enterprises.Finally, this paper takes the Hecaogou coal Co., Ltd.as a case study.
