响应曲面法优化高灰难选煤泥浮选试验研究

    Optimization of high-ash refractory coal slurry flotation by response surface methodology

    • 摘要: 以开滦地区某高灰难选煤泥为研究对象,采用Box-Behnken响应曲面法对煤泥浮选工艺参数进行优化。选取捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量、磨矿细度作为三个主要影响因子,利用Design Expert 8.0软件对数据进行分析计算,拟合得到二次回归方程。结果表明:起泡剂用量对浮选精煤产率、灰分的影响最为显著,响应曲面法优化的最优浮选条件为磨矿细度-0.075 mm 80.76%、捕收剂煤油用量200 g/t、起泡剂仲辛醇用量231.76 g/t,该条件下获得精煤浮选产率87.13%,灰分12.44%的分选指标,浮选试验结果与预测值基本吻合,表明模型准确,优化方案可信。

       

      Abstract: Taking the high-ash refractory coal slurry in Kailuan area as the research object, the Box-Behnken response surface method is used to optimize the sludge flotation process parameters.The main factors affecting the amount of collector, the amount of foaming agent and the fineness of grinding are selected.The design data is analyzed by Design Expert 8.0 software, and the quadratic regression equation is obtained by fitting.The results show that the foaming agent dosage is the main factor affecting the ash content of clean coal.The optimal flotation conditions optimized by response surface methodology are grinding fineness -0.075 mm 80.76%, collector dosage 200 g/t, foaming agent dosage 231.76 g/t, under this condition, the flotation yield is 87.13%, and the clean coal ash is 12.44%.The flotation experiment results are basically consistent with the predicted values, indicating that the model is accurate and the optimization scheme is credible.
