呷村银多金属矿复杂空区矿房矿柱回采方案优选研究

    Study on the scheme optimum selection of rooms and pillars stoping of complex goaf in Gacun silver polymetallic mine

    • 摘要: 通过分析研究矿房矿柱回采的基本要求和方法技术特点,以呷村银多金属矿4206矿房矿柱为例,结合4206矿房空区、当前工程布置以及回采矿房矿柱分布等实际情况,提出了充填回采、分段崩落回采、大爆破回采3种不同的回采方案,并对方案的采切工程布置和回采工艺进行了简要介绍说明。最终经过技术比较分析、生产成本要求分析、生产规划要求分析,确定方案三为最优方案,并投入生产应用。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the basic requirements and technical features of pillar recovery method are analyzed and studied, and taking the pillar of No.4206 stope in Gacun silver polymetallic mine as an example, the authors combine with empty zones of No.4206 stope, engineering layout and jambs of backstopping, propose three different schemes:backfill mining, sublevel caving, major blasting.Besides, it also briefly discusses the cutting engineering layout and stoping technique of schemes.At last, after conducing comparative analysis, production cost and requirement analysis, production planning and requirement analysis, the third scheme is determined as the most optimum, applying it in production.
