Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of the appearance of the strata behaviors and the control of surrounding rocks in the mining of large mining height workface of thick coal seams, this paper takes the mining of 85201 working face in Sandaogou coal mine as the engineering background.A detailed study is carried out using a combination of similar simulation, numerical analysis and field monitoring. The research results show that with the advancement of the mining face, the basic roof is periodically fractured, and the existence of the falling balance arch is beneficial to limit the collapse of the overlying rock.Above the basic roof is mainly shear failure, and the cut-hole is mainly tensile, the maximum impact range of the advance support pressure is about 250 m.The appearance of the strata behavior is mainly manifested in the rapid decrease and rebound after the instant pressure, and the initial pressure step and the pressure cycle are 75 m and 22.5 m, respectively.Strata behavior is more pronounced in the cut-hole sides.Based on this, the pre-splitting blasting method for hard roof proposed in the study, which can realize effective pre-control of the hard surrounding rock and provide a reference for safe and efficient mining in similar coal mines.
