基于层次分析法的煤矿矿山生态环境评价定量模型研究

    The study on eco-environmental evaluation model of coal mine based on analytic hierarchy process method

    • 摘要: 煤矿矿山生态环境评价是促进煤炭资源利用及环境保护相协调的重要环节。但不同类型矿山开采对环境影响过程及结果不尽相同,构建适合煤矿矿山生态环境特性的评价模型对煤矿可持续发展具有重要意义。本文提出一套由评价因子体系、评价方法和等级标准构成的煤矿矿山生态环境概念模型。以煤矿矿山生态环境特性为基础,建立评价因子指标体系;用层次分析法确定评价因子权重,并对因子指标量化和标准化,从而定量评价煤矿矿山生态环境;通过划分指标层中每个因子等级,构建起煤矿矿山生态环境评价等级。以伊兰县煤矿为例,阐述该模型运用过程。该模型具有适合煤矿矿山特性、规范化及定量化的特性。

       

      Abstract: The evaluation of coal mine eco-environment is the key for the harmonious development between coal resource exploitation and environmental protection.Different types of mines result in different influence on mine eco-environments, and thus it is significant for the sustainable development to develop the reasonable evaluation model suitable for the characteristics of coal mine eco-environments.A concept model of coal mine eco-environment evaluation, which is comprised of evaluation index system, evaluation method and evaluation grade, is proposed.That is, the evaluation index system is constructed based on the characteristics of coal mine eco-environments.The weight is calculated by using AHP, and the index is quantified and standardized, which makes it available to quantitatively evaluate coal mine eco-environments.Every index is classified into four grades, and the grade levels of coal mine eco-environments are established.The application process is illustrated as an example of coal mine in Yilan county.The model is characterized by adaption to coal mine characteristics, regulation and quantification.
