Abstract: Dynamic supervision of mineral resource is an important part of mineral resources management. It has provided basis and means for the supervision and management of mine resources since the establishment of the system. In order to implement the spirit of the Party Central Committee about natural resource management and ecological civilization system reform, this study surveyed some works from provinces to summarize the work effectiveness and experience about the supervision of mineral resource and analyze main problems existing in this work. Some suggestions will be proposed in this article to improve this management rule. In the current stage, the article provides five aspects to strengthen and improve the work:to establish a sound reserve dynamic management system while the mineral resources law is motivated; to establish the dynamic information management platform for mineral reserves; to strengthen the supervision and inspection, to improve the quality of work; to establish a cohesive mechanism with other management systems; to solve the funding problems for work at the community level.
