煤矿冲击危险性多因素耦合评价软件的开发与应用

    Preparation and application of multi-factor coupling evaluation software for coal mine rockburst hazard

    • 摘要: 为了合理评价煤矿冲击地压的危险性,克服传统评价方法的技术弊端,本文研究了冲击地压的影响因素和现有冲击地压危险的分级评估准则。以MATLAB软件为编程语言,利用图形用户界面(GUI),通过编制煤矿冲击地压危险性多因素耦合评价软件,以开采深度、煤岩结构、地质构造、覆岩空间结构、煤柱诱发五个因素作为评价指标,实现了煤矿冲击地压危险性评价和分级。以山东某矿为例,利用煤矿冲击地压危险性多因素耦合评价软件对该矿某工作面进行了冲击地压危险性多因素耦合评价。研究结果表明:该工作面冲击地压危险性等级为中等冲击危险性,冲击地压危险区域包括6个一般危险区域、3个中度危险区域和1个高度危险区域。本软件能较准确地反映煤矿冲击地压的危险程度,改善现有评价方法的可操作性和实用性,提高了冲击地压危险性评价的准确性和科学性。

       

      Abstract: In order to rationally evaluate the risk of coal mine rockburst, the technical disadvantages of traditional evaluation methods are overcome.The influencing factors of rock burst and the existing classification evaluation criteria of rock burst risk are studied.With MATLAB software for the programming language, using a graphical user interface(GUI), through the formulation of impact ground pressure hazard in coal mine multi-factor coupling evaluation software, with mining depth, the coal and rock structure, geological structure, strata spatial structure and coal pillar induced five factors as evaluation index, has realized the coal impact ground pressure hazard assessment and grading.Taking a coal mine in Shandong province as an example, the multi-factor coupling evaluation of rock burst risk was carried out on a working face of the mine by using the multi-factor coupling evaluation software.The results show that the working face has a moderate risk level of rock burst, and the risk area includes six general risk areas, three moderate risk areas and one high risk area.The software can accurately reflect the degree of coal mine rockburst risk, improve the operability and practicability of the existing evaluation methods, and improve the accuracy and scientific nature of the rockburst risk evaluation.
