Abstract: Healthy mine ecosystem is the core of sustainable development of social economy in mining area.In order to promote the participation of multiple subjects in mine ecological restoration, solve the shortage of restoration funds, promote the progress of mechanism and scale effect, this paper summarizes the current situation of mine ecological restoration in China through the literature analysis, system analysis and comparative analysis, systematically analyzes the composition of stakeholders in mine ecological restoration, and compares the interest demands and behavioral motives of different stakeholders It is pointed out that there are some problems in the participation of mine ecological restoration stakeholders, such as the lack of stable partnership, the difficulty of coordination of interest demands, the low enthusiasm of participation, and the lack of participatory monitoring and supervision.Based on this, it is proposed to establish a long-term and stable stakeholder alliance, coordinate the interest demands of various stakeholders, take different assessment and incentive measures, and establish participatory monitoring suggestions on monitoring and adaptive management mechanism.
