Abstract:
This paper takes the coal main production logistics system of a coal mine in Huainan city as the research object and collects relevant data, in order to find out the production bottleneck of the main production logistics system and improve the working efficiency and mutual matching degree of equipment, TTPN model and Flexsim simulation model based on main production logistics system are established.The results show that the lack of lifting capacity of main shaft lifting equipment is the bottleneck of production logistics system.After optimization, the output of 210103 working face increases by 1 494 t; the shutdown rate of main transportation equipment has been reduced and the utilization rate has reached more than 90%.The empty-bin rate is greatly reduced, and the buffer bunker plays a buffer role.The coal transport capacity of the main shaft lifting equipment increases by 1 485 t, and the fit between the equipment is significantly improved.
