Abstract: The research on the green development evaluation of coal listed companies can provide a basis and indicate the direction for the sustainable development of coal listed companies.Based on the theory of circular economy, the evaluation index of green development of coal listed companies is identified, and the green development evaluation index system of coal listed companies that can adapt to China's national conditions is constructed.The entropy method is used to objectively determine the weight of the evaluation index, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is performed by cloud model, and the obtained results are comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the green development of coal listed companies is basically in a development stage of low level and immaturity, and green development proposals for different coal listed companies is proposed.
