基于3D打印技术的采矿方法物理模型制作研究

    Research on physical model making of mining method based on 3D printing technology

    • 摘要: 传统采矿方法物理仿真模型制作流程复杂、周期长、成本高,对专业技术能力要求高,大大限制了采矿方法物理模型的普及与推广。3D打印技术作为一种实现三维虚拟模型实体化的新型制造技术,在采矿方法三维模型,尤其是物理模型制作中,具备高度灵活、制造成本低、周期短等优势。本文开展基于3D打印技术的采矿方法物理模型的制作研究,建立基于3D打印技术的采矿方法模型制作的标准化流程:三维建模、模型改塑、打印输出、组装成型和后期处理,分析基于3D打印技术采矿模型制作的工程结构展示、结构稳定性和模型最佳尺度等关键技术,提出阴模、阳模和阴阳模的概念,通过阴模、阳模和阴阳模相结合、切割、预置连接结构和确定最佳输出尺寸等解决方案,实现采矿方法物理仿真模型的快速制作。本文的研究为空间结构复杂多变的采矿方法模型制作提供了一种新的、可靠的实现手段。

       

      Abstract: It is such a complex process to build up a traditional physical model of mining method, with some obvious defects:long cycle, high cost, and high professional technical requirements, which greatly limit the promotion of mining physical models.As a new manufacturing technology for realizing the 3D virtual model materialization, 3D printing technology has the advantages of high flexibility, low manufacturing cost, and short cycle.This paper studies the physical modeling of mining method based on 3D print technology, and establishes the standardization process of mining method modeling based on 3D print technology:3D modeling, model modification, printout, assembly forming and post-processing.Analyzing the key technologies such as engineering structure display, structural stability, and model best scale based on 3D print technology mining model, and put forward the concepts of the Yin model, Yang model and Yin-yang model.The rapid build-up process of the physical simulation model of the mining method is achieved by combining Yin model, Yang model and Yin-yang model, cutting, presetting the connection structure and determining the optimal output size.The research provides a new and reliable mean of realizing the complex and variable mining method model.
