基于熵权-TOPSIS模型的煤炭上市企业技术创新能力评价研究

    Research on evaluation of technical innovation ability of coal listedenterprises based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS model

    • 摘要: 本文以煤炭上市企业作为研究对象,从技术创新投入、产出、环境支撑能力三大维度构建了煤炭上市企业技术创新能力评价指标体系。运用熵权-TOPSIS模型以及基于时序的动态评价方法分别对我国20家煤炭上市企业综合技术创新能力进行评价,并根据K-Means聚类的结果对技术创新能力较强、中等和较弱三类企业进行了障碍度分析。研究结果表明:我国煤炭上市企业技术创新能力整体不足,其中技术创新投入方面对煤炭上市企业技术创新能力发展影响最大。最后根据三类企业的不同特点,分别从加大研发费用的投入、完善人才建设制度、加强科技成果转化和营造良好的企业环境等方面提出促进我国煤炭上市企业技术创新能力发展的对策建议。

       

      Abstract: The article takes coal listed enterprises as the research object, the evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of coal listed enterprises is constructed from three dimensions of technological innovation input, output and environmental support ability.The entropy weight-TOPSIS model and the time series-based dynamic evaluation method are used to evaluate the technical innovation ability of 20 coal listed companies.According to the results of K-Means clustering, the barrier degree of three types of enterprises with strong, medium and weak technological innovation ability is analyzed.Research indicates:China's coal listed enterprises lack of technological innovation ability, and the input of technological innovation has the greatest impact on the development of technological innovation capability of coal-listed enterprises.Finally, according to the different characteristics of the three types of enterprises, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of technological innovation ability of coal listed enterprises in China are put forward from the aspects of increasing investment in R&D costs, improving talent construction system, strengthening the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and creating a good enterprise environment.
