Abstract:
The article takes coal listed enterprises as the research object, the evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of coal listed enterprises is constructed from three dimensions of technological innovation input, output and environmental support ability.The entropy weight-TOPSIS model and the time series-based dynamic evaluation method are used to evaluate the technical innovation ability of 20 coal listed companies.According to the results of
K-Means clustering, the barrier degree of three types of enterprises with strong, medium and weak technological innovation ability is analyzed.Research indicates:China's coal listed enterprises lack of technological innovation ability, and the input of technological innovation has the greatest impact on the development of technological innovation capability of coal-listed enterprises.Finally, according to the different characteristics of the three types of enterprises, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of technological innovation ability of coal listed enterprises in China are put forward from the aspects of increasing investment in R&D costs, improving talent construction system, strengthening the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and creating a good enterprise environment.
