Abstract: It is an important content of ecological civilization construction to carry out ecological restoration and reconstruction of mining wasteland and to improve the export capacity of ecological products of mining wasteland.The mining wasteland in this paper refers to the mine wasteland left over by history and lost by the responsible subjects.The concept and connotation of the ecological products exported from the mining wasteland are discussed.The general ways of government investment in mining wasteland governance and the typical ways of social funds participating in the governance are summarized.Based on the classification of mining wasteland, the dilemma of realizing the value of ecological products exported from mining wasteland is analyzed.The value of ecological products depends on the economic benefits of the land reuse, which cannot be reflected separately.Finally, according to the stage characteristics of the ecological products exported mining wasteland, the ways to realize the value of ecological products exported from mining wasteland are put forward:to increase the quantity and quality of ecological products in order to make a solid foundation for realizing the value of ecological products.To improving the mechanism to realize the value of ecological products in order to encourage various subjects to invest in restoration.
