Abstract: Whether the revenue distribution of mineral resources development is reasonable is the core to solve the conflict in mining area.In order to solve the problem of unfair revenue distribution among governments, mining enterprises and residents of the original mining area in the process of mineral resources development, a reasonable and fair revenue distribution mechanism is established.Based on the traditional Shapley value method, four influencing factors including risk sharing coefficient, investment proportion, innovation ability and ecological restoration support are introduced, and Shapley value of cloud center is established the revenue distribution scheme model breaks through the defect that Shapley value method only distributes income according to the marginal contribution of stakeholders, making the modified Shapley value method more practical.Combined with the actual case of mineral resources development, it is found that the improved income distribution scheme can reflect the fairness and rationality of revenue distribution, improve the enthusiasm of stakeholders to cooperate with each other, and realize the harmonious and sustainable development of mining environment.
