基于层次分析法的矿产资源节约集约利用水平评价

    Evaluation system of mineral resources economical and intensive utilization based on AHP

    • 摘要: 在我国人口数量与矿产资源储量矛盾凸显的背景下,构建一套评价我国矿产资源节约集约利用水平的评价指标体系是至关重要的。本文从矿产资源节约集约的概念入手,通过分析影响矿产资源节约集约利用的因素,构建了包含规范开采与管理程度、资源保障能力、矿产资源开发利用水平、矿产资源利用经济效益、资源循环利用、技术支撑等6个目标层指标、21个指标层指标的评价体系;采用层次分析法从最高层向最低层逐层确定下一层次相对上一层次的权重,从而计算指标层对系统层的总权重;对我国三座正常生产的铜矿山进行资源节约集约利用综合评价度对比。结果表明该评价体系可以在目标层、系统层和指标层3个层次上对不同矿山节约集约利用水平同时进行对比评价。该评价体系形式灵活多样,具有一定的推广价值。

       

      Abstract: Under the background of the prominent contradiction between population and mineral resources reserves, it’s very important to construct a set of evaluation system to evaluate the level of mineral resources economical and intensive utilization in China.This paper stars with the concept of mineral resources economical and intensive utilization and analyzes the influences of the level of mineral resources economical and intensive utilization.The evaluation system is constructed, which includes six target layer indexes, such as standard mining and management degree, resource guarantee ability, mineral resource development and utilization level, economic benefit of mineral resource utilization, resource recycling and technical support.The system also includes twenty-one index layer indexes.The relative weight is calculated with the analytic hierarchy process.The weight of the layer relative to the upper layer from the highest to the lowest is obtained so as to calculate out the total weight of the system layer by the index layer.The verification from three typical copper mines shows the comprehensive score contrast of mineral resources economical and intensive utilization for the three mines.With the use of this evaluation system,the intensive and economical utilization level of different mines at the same time can be contrasted and evaluated in three levels of the system layer, target layer and index layer.The evaluation system is flexible and diversified in form, with certain application promotion value.
