OP表面活性剂在磷矿浮选脱硅中的增效作用

    Synergistic effect of OP surfactants on phosphorus ore flotation desilication

    • 摘要: 为了研究辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP)系列表面活性剂对油酸钠浮磷脱硅的增效作用,选用不同的环氧乙烷加成数的OP表面活性剂来复配油酸钠,通过纯矿物浮选试验和实际矿物浮选试验,来选取最佳的OP表面活性剂以及复配比例,通过泡沫性能测试、表面张力测定以及红外光谱,来探索OP表面活性剂的增效机理。纯矿物浮选试验表明,OP系列表面活性剂对油酸钠有良好的增效作用,其中,OP-10、OP-12、OP-15增效效果明显,最佳复配比例为1∶4~1∶9;清平磷矿浮选试验表明OP-10、OP-12、OP-15与MX-135复配比为1∶9的复配药剂可以提高精矿产率10%左右,而无法提高精矿品位。泡沫性能测试和表面张力测定试验结果表明,OP系列表面活性剂的增效作用与其起泡性相关性较小。红外光谱表明OP系列表面活性剂的增效作用本质在于表面活性剂的增溶作用,可以有效促进油酸钠在磷灰石矿物表面的吸附。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the synergistic effect of OP series surfactants on sodium oleate floating phosphorus and desilication, sodium oleate is prepared by adding OP surfactant with different number of ethylene oxide,which is used in pure mineral flotation test and practical mineral flotation test to select the optimal distribution of OP surfactants and mix proportion.The synergistic mechanism of OP surfactant is explored through the foam performance test, determination of surface tension and infrared spectrum.The results of pure mineral test show that OP series surfactants had good synergistic effect on sodium oleate, the best synergistic agents are OP-10, OP-12, OP-15, and the best compound ratio is 1∶4-1∶9.The preliminary study of Qingping phosphate ore shows that the yield of fine mineral could be effectively increased by nearly 10% and the concentrate grade could not be effectively increased with the compound the ratio of OP-10, OP-12, OP-15 and MX-135 is 1∶9.The results of foam performance test and surface tension test show that the synergistic effect of OP series surfactants is mainly due to its solubilizing effect and had little correlation with its foaming ability.Infrared spectrum show that the essence of OP series surfactant is its solubilization, which can effectively promote the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of apatite.
