基于Fluent的高原矿井通风增压增氧技术研究

    • 摘要: 我国中东部地区矿山资源的长期开发,导致资源储量越来越少,而随着西部大开发战略的实施,资源丰富、地域广阔且已有一定经济技术水平的西部地区,必将在未来国民经济发展中占据越来越重要的地位。我国西部地区多为高原,高原矿井井下通风供氧不足是长期困扰高原采矿工作者的一个难题。本文针对目前高原矿井生产面临的低压缺氧问题,以普朗铜矿为例,分析了矿山的通风现状,提出了以增氧为目的、以人工增压为主要措施的通风方式。根据空气流体力学和矿井通风的相关理论,分析了整体增压和局部增压通风方法的可行性,提出了增能调节和增阻调节相结合的增压方式,并根据矿井实际情况建立模型,使用Fluent对指定采场空间采用增压增氧技术后的效果进行验证,分析总结模拟结果,进一步验证人工增压增氧通风技术的可行性,为高原矿井通风方式的选择提供一定参考。

       

      Abstract: With the long-term development of mine resources in the central and eastern regions of China, the reserves of resources are becoming less and less.With the implementation of China’s western development strategy, the western region, which is rich in resources, broad in territory and has a certain level of economy and technology, will play an important role in the future national economic development.Most of China’s western regions are plateaus, insufficient ventilation and oxygen supply is a difficult problem in plateau mines.In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes the current ventilation situation of the mine with the Pulang copper mine as an example, and proposes the ventilation method with oxygen boosting as the main purpose and artificial boosting as the main measure.According to the relevant theories of aerohydrodynamics and mine ventilation, the feasibility of the overall boosting and local boosting ventilation methods is analyzed and compared, and a boosting method combining energy-increasing adjustment and resistance-increasing adjustment is proposed and established according to the actual situation of the mine.It uses Fluent software to verify the effect, analyzes and summarizes the simulation results, further verifies the feasibility of manual pressurized oxygenation ventilation technology, and provides a certain reference for the selection of mine ventilation methods in the plateau.
