Abstract: In recent years, the importance of ecological diplomacy is increasing, and the field of natural resources plays an important role in ecological diplomacy.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, by strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the field of natural resources, China has successfully realized the role transformation from “participant” to “leader” in the construction of global ecological civilization.Entering the new era, under the guidance of “Xi Jinping’s Diplomatic Thoughts” and “Ecological Civilization Thoughts”, by strengthening top-level design, establishing a promotion mechanism, building an exchange platform, and telling Chinese stories well, China is promoting the global natural ecological governance to develop in a more fair, rational and win-win direction.
