复杂地质条件下极近距离煤层一次采全高可行性研究

    Feasibility study on mining overall height in one times of extremely close distance coal seam under complex geological conditions

    • 摘要: 本文以淮北矿业集团袁店一矿82采区极近距离煤层为研究对象,通过理论计算分析煤层及夹矸临界厚度,结果表明该采区极近距离煤层满足放顶煤开采条件。通过岩石力学试验及钻孔勘探分析下煤层顶板力学性质及完整性,表明下煤层顶板为软弱破碎岩层。借助离散元数值模拟软件3DEC模拟沿下煤层回采,分析上覆顶板及顶煤的冒放性,结果表明顶煤冒放性良好。此外通过分析煤层自燃危险性、煤与瓦斯突出危险性等因素,均表明该采区极近距离煤层具备放顶煤开采的条件。

       

      Abstract: The paper takes the extremely close coal seam of No.82 mining area of Yuandian No.1 Mine of Huaibei Mining Group as the research object.Through theoretical calculation and analysis of the critical thickness of coal seam and rock parting, the results show that the coal seams in the mining area meet the conditions of top coal caving.Through the rock mechanics test and borehole exploration, the mechanical properties and integrity of the coal seam roof are analyzed, which indicates that the roof of the lower coal seam is a weak fractured rock stratum.The discrete element numerical simulation software 3DEC is used to simulate the mining along the lower coal seam, and the caving property of the roof and top coal is analyzed.The results show that the top coal has good caving property.In addition, by analyzing the natural hazard of coal seam, the risk of coal and gas outburst, etc., it is indicated that the coal seams in the mining area have the conditions of top coal caving method.
