中国新能源汽车生产端锂消费的测算

    Research on lithium consumption of new energy vehicles from the production end in China

    • 摘要: 掌握中国新能源汽车锂消费及其未来变化规律,不仅是新兴关键矿产——锂进行科学管理的前提,而且对于保障新能源汽车产业健康发展也有重要意义。本文基于新能源汽车单位车辆储电量、单位储电量锂消费等测算结果,采用“自下而上”和“自上而下”的测算思路,对新能源汽车生产端的锂消费进行测算,结果表明:中国锂电池生产技术持续提升,锂电池单位储电量锂消费由2014年的0.166 2 kg/(kW·h)下降到2019年的0.146 3 kg/(kW·h);2019年中国生产新能源汽车消费锂约8 740 t,2012—2019年生产新能源汽车累计消费锂3.15万t,其中,生产纯电动乘用车、客车和专用车累计消费锂分别占总体累计锂消费的48%、33%和13%;新能源汽车的锂消费结构变化明显,纯电动乘用车的锂消费量已经超过纯电动客车,新能源汽车领域三元材料电池锂消费量已经超过磷酸铁锂电池。

       

      Abstract: Research on China's lithium consumption of new energy vehicles and its future changes is not only the premise of scientific management of lithium, a key emerging mineral, but also of great significance to ensure the healthy development of the new energy vehicle industry.In this paper, the bottom-up and top-down calculation ideas are adopted to calculate the lithium consumption of new energy vehicles based on the measurement results of unit vehicle storage and unit storage of lithium consumption.The results show that lithium battery production technology continues to improve, lithium consumption per unit storage capacity of lithium batteries decreased from 0.166 2 kg/(kW·h) in 2014 to 0.146 3 kg/(kW·h) in 2019.China's lithium consumption of new energy vehicles is about 8 740 t in 2019, the cumulative lithium consumption of new energy vehicles from 2012 to 2019 is 31 500 t, the consumption of pure electric passenger cars, buses and special vehicles accounted for 48%, 33% and 13% of the cumulative total respectively.Lithium consumption structure of new energy vehicles has changed significantly, lithium consumption of pure electric passenger cars has exceeded that of pure electric buses, lithium consumption of ternary material batteries in the field of new energy vehicles has exceeded that of lithium iron phosphate batteries.
