软岩矿区近距离厚煤层群上行开采可行性研究

    Feasibility study on ascending mining of thick coal seam group at close distance in soft rock mining area

    • 摘要: 以灵东煤矿Ⅱ2-1煤层、Ⅱ2-2煤层和Ⅱ3煤层为研究对象,采用FLAC3D有限元软件进行模拟,研究在开采Ⅱ2-1煤层完毕,Ⅱ2-1煤层顶板全部破坏稳定后,Ⅱ3煤层开挖对Ⅱ2-2煤层底板的影响及Ⅱ2-1煤层受扰动后对Ⅱ2-2煤层顶板的二次影响。模拟结果表明:Ⅱ3煤层开采对Ⅱ2-2煤层无直接破坏影响,但Ⅱ2-1煤层与Ⅱ3煤层工作面两侧, 煤柱产生的应力集中区对Ⅱ2-2煤层的安全生产有一定程度的影响。最后采用比值判别法和“三带”判别法对Ⅱ2-2煤层上行开采的可行性进行判定,结果显示:Ⅱ3煤层开采后,Ⅱ3煤层与Ⅱ2-2煤层的层间距能满足Ⅱ2-2煤层上行开采的要求,其对保障Ⅱ2-2煤层工作面安全高效开采具有重要意义,同时对该矿今后采面的上行开采工作具有有效的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Taking the Ⅱ2-1, Ⅱ2-2 and Ⅱ3 coal seams of Lingdong coal mine as the research object, using FLAC3D finite element software to simulate, the study is conducted after mining the Ⅱ2-1 coal seam and the roof of the Ⅱ2-1 coal seam is completely destabilized, the excavation of the Ⅱ3 coal seam The influence of the Ⅱ2-2 coal seam floor and the secondary influence of the Ⅱ2-1 coal seam on the roof of the Ⅱ2-2 coal seam after being disturbed.The simulation results show that the mining of the Ⅱ3 coal seam has no direct damage to the Ⅱ2-2 coal seam, but the stress concentration areas generated by the coal pillars on both sides of the Ⅱ2-1 coal seam and the Ⅱ3 coal seam have a certain degree of influence on the safety production of the Ⅱ2-2 coal seam.Finally, the ratio discriminant method and the three-zone discriminant method are used to judge the feasibility of ascending mining of the Ⅱ2-2 coal seam.The results show that:after the Ⅱ3 coal seam is mined, the interval between the Ⅱ3 coal seam and the Ⅱ2-2 coal seam can meet the requirements of the Ⅱ2-2 coal seam ascending mining requirement, it is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient mining of coal seam Ⅱ2-2, and at the same time, it has effective guiding significance for the upward mining of the mining face in the future.
