Abstract:
The industrial and mining area has undergone the key development, gradually declining to the current period of transition, and how to promote the independent industrial and mining area's stock update has become an important issue to promote urban sustainability.As the gathering center of regional economic politics and culture, cities condense a large amount of social resources and radiate the surrounding areas.The difference in geographic spatial distribution directly affects the function and development potential of regional cities.Therefore, this paper classifies independent industrial and mining areas based on spatial location, compares and analyzes its formation background and development characteristics.From the perspective of industrial clusters, it proposes a planning strategy that closely follows market demand, fits the policy environment, integrates internal and external resources, and emphasizes cultural continuity.Taking Jincheng Gushuyuan mine, Wangtaipu mine and Fenghuangshan mine as examples to analyze the transformation practices of three types of independent industrial and mining areas in the urban, suburban and remote suburbs, with a view to provide implementation suggestions for the transformation and development of independent industrial and mining areas.
