云南圭山煤矿主要可采煤层煤质特征及综合利用研究

    Study on coal quality characteristics and comprehensive utilization of main mining seams in Guishan coal mine, Yunnan province

    • 摘要: 研究煤层煤质和共伴生矿产分布特征对提高煤炭资源的综合利用水平以及清洁能源建设具有重要意义。本文通过样品测试数据,对圭山煤矿可采煤层煤质特征及其主要有用元素、有害元素、煤层气赋存状况进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,圭山煤矿主要可采煤层为特低水分、中灰分、中等挥发分、中硫分焦煤(JM24、JM25),是较为优质的炼焦主煤或配煤。煤层中硫分组成以黄铁矿硫为主,有机硫占比较少;灰成分以酸性氧化物为主,灰成分指数较小,指示成煤环境为接近于陆源区的较弱还原型。煤层中Ga、In元素呈相对富集状态,Ga含量是我国煤矿Ga平均含量的4.70~7.11倍,是世界标准煤矿中Ga平均含量的5.31~8.03倍;In含量是我国煤矿中In平均含量的3.80~4.60倍,是世界标准煤矿中In平均含量的6.33~7.67倍,具备高元素煤层开发的潜在价值。煤层气资源约21亿m3,属小型气藏,具有综合利用价值。但煤层中有害元素Pd、Cld相对富集,因此在开采过程中应注意有害元素的前期洗选和后期排放回收。

       

      Abstract: It is of great significance to study the distribution characteristics of coal quality and associated minerals for improving the comprehensive utilization level of coal resources and the construction of clean energy.Based on the sample test data, this paper analyzes and studies the coal quality characteristics, main useful elements, harmful elements and CBM occurrence of recoverable coal seams in Guishan coal mine.The research results show that the main minable coal seams in Guishan coal mine are extra low moisture, medium ash, medium volatile and medium sulfur coking coal (JM24 and JM25), which are relatively high-quality coking coal or blending coal.The sulfur composition of coal seam is mainly pyrite sulfur, with less organic sulfur; the ash composition is mainly acid oxides, with small ash composition index, indicating that the coal forming environment is a weak reduction type close to the terrigenous area.Ga and In elements in coal seams are relatively enriched, Ga content is 4.70-7.11 times of the average Ga content in China's coal mines, and 5.31-8.03 times of the average Ga content in the world's coal mines; In content is 3.80-4.60 times of the average In content in China's coal mines, and 6.33-7.67 times of the average In content in the world's coal mines, which has potential value for the development of high element coal seams.CBM resource is about 2.1 billion m3, which is a small gas reservoir with comprehensive utilization value.However, the harmful elements such as phosphorus(PD) and chlorine(CLD) are relatively enriched in the coal seam.Therefore, attention should be paid to the early washing and later discharge recovery of harmful elements in the mining process.
