废弃露天矿坑储油蓄能综合利用模式研究

    Comprehensive utilization model of oil storage and energy storage of abandoned open-pit

    • 摘要: 为了解决国内露天矿坑废弃带来的安全隐患、空间资源浪费以及国家能源储备安全的问题,探索废弃露天矿坑综合利用新模式,提出了一种抽水蓄能与坑底储油相结合的废弃露天矿坑综合利用模式。本文系统阐述了该工艺的具体流程及关键工程,通过抽水蓄能电站实现能量的转移及存储,利用坑底储油、上部水库及土石混合物保证储油安全。以辽宁省抚顺西露天矿为工程背景进行了工程探索,结果表明:采用抽水蓄能及储油综合利用方法,可以实现露天矿储油4 000万t,理论一次持续发电量4.08×107 kW·h,满足区域化石能源安全储备及电能削峰填谷。方案实现了对露天矿坑空间的充分利用,同时提高了储油系统的安全性,应用前景巨大。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the potential safety hazards, waste of space resources and energy reserve safety caused by the abandoned open-pit pits in China, a new model for comprehensive utilization of abandoned open-pit pits is explored, and a comprehensive utilization direction of pumped storage and oil storage at the bottom of open-pit pits is proposed.The detailed process and key projects of the process are systematically explained.Energy is transferred and stored through the pumped storage power station.Oil is stored at the bottom of the pit, and the upper water and earth-rock mixture are used to ensure oil storage safety.The engineering exploration is conducted with the Fushun west open-pit mine in Liaoning province as the engineering background.The results show that the pumped-storage and integrated storage utilization methods can achieve 40 million tons of oil storage in open-pit mines, with theoretical continuous power generation of 4.08×107 kW·h, satisfying regional fossils energy security reserves and power peak cuts fill valleys.The scheme realizes the full utilization of open pit space and improves the safety of the oil storage system, and the application prospect is huge.
