松软煤层巷帮变形特征及围岩稳定性研究

    Research on deformation characteristics and surrounding rock stability of soft coal seam roadway

    • 摘要: 为研究松软煤层巷道变形特征及支护失效原因,以义能煤矿1304工作面回采巷道两帮大变形为例,通过室内实验、理论分析及现场窥探,分析两帮变形严重的原因。结果表明:高应力作用下,两帮煤层松软、受力不均匀,松动圈范围较大,表面变形表现出“两帮移近量> 顶板下沉量> 底鼓量”的特点。考虑顶板对两帮的影响,建立巷道自稳平衡力学模型,基于锚固承载层机理提出“两帮加强锚索+钢筋网+W钢带”的支护方案。数值模拟及现场监测表明,顶板及两帮位移变化量明显变小,松软煤层两帮大变形的问题也进一步得到了解决。此方案能够有效维持巷道稳定,保证施工安全进行。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the deformation characteristics of the soft coal seam roadway and the cause of support failure, taking the large deformation of the two roadways in the mining roadway of 1304 working face of Yineng coal mine as an example, through laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis, the causes of the serious deformation of the two groups are analyzed.The results show that under high stress, the two coal seams are soft and unevenly stressed, and the surface deformation exhibits the characteristics of close approach of the two seams> roof sinking> bottom drum.Through the establishment of a self-stabilizing equilibrium mechanical model of the roadway, the support scheme of two-gang reinforced anchor cable+reinforced mesh+W steel belt is proposed.Numerical simulation and on-site monitoring show that the displacement of the top plate and the two gangs has become significantly smaller, and the serious problem of the gang has been further resolved.It can effectively maintain the stability of the roadway and ensure the safe construction.
