    同忻选煤厂洗选工艺优化升级

    Optimization and upgrading of washing process in Tongxin coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 针对选煤厂在煤炭洗选加工过程中出现的原煤破碎机破碎能力不足、大块手选皮带溢煤停机、岗位工人数量不足、劳动强度较大、洗选设备磨损严重等一系列制约生产的问题,同忻选煤厂研究并实施了大块原煤预排矸工艺技术改造。在大块原煤预排矸工艺中,200~50 mm粒级大块原煤进入重介浅槽分选机进行分选,50.0~1.0 mm粒级末煤采用两段重介两产品旋流器主再选,1.00~0.25 mm粒级粗煤泥采用TSS煤泥分选机进行分选,0.25~0 mm粒级细煤泥采用加压过滤机和板框压滤机联合脱水回收。结果表明:块末分级入洗新工艺提升了选煤厂的生产能力,提高了洗选设备的开机率,降低了煤泥水系统的运行压力,同时降低了捡矸岗位工人员的劳动强度,保证了商品煤质量,提高了分选效率,并且创造了可观的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: In response to a series of problems restricting the production of the coal preparation plant,such as insufficient crushing capacity of the raw coal crusher, coal shutdown of the hand-selected belt, insufficient of the post, the high labor intensity and badly worn of the washing equipment, a technical reform of the large coal pre-discharge gangue process is researched and implemented.In the new process, using dense medium shallow slot sorter to sort big coals on 200-50 mm, using two dense medium and two-product cyclone to sort coals on 50.0-1.0 mm, using TSS slime separator to sort coals on 1.00-0.25 mm, using combined dewatering of pressure filter and plate frame filter press to sort fine coal slime on 0.25-0 mm.The results show that the new process of grading into lump and fine coal washing improves the production capacity of the coal preparation plant, improves the operating rate of the washing equipment, reduces the operating pressure of the slime water system, reduces the labor intensity of workers picking up gangue, ensures the product quality, improves separation efficiency, and creates considerable economic and social benefits.
