柏泉铁矿常温浮选磷的问题与应用探讨

    Discussion on problems and application of flotation of phosphorus at normal temperature in Baiquan iron mine

    • 摘要: 常温浮选是一种打破传统矿浆加温浮选的创新举措,对于降低浮选成本起着至关重要的作用,但针对不同区域的不同矿石又有着较为明显的差异。为了高效开发利用北方低品位胶质磷矿的伴生资源,本文以承德地区的柏泉铁矿为代表,研究低品位含磷铁矿石的矿石性质,以及常温浮选回收磷的工艺流程。借助多元素分析、XRD分析、粒级筛分试验、浮选试验等手段,从矿石性质、粒级、浮选时间、浮选现象、水玻璃的作用等方面进行深入分析。针对入浮原矿粒级分布不合理、浮选时间过长、粗选容易“冒槽”、水玻璃作用效果较弱等问题,提出了提高矿浆浓度和刮板转速、提高矿浆液位、预先筛除粗颗粒以及改善磨矿介质条件等改进应用意见。上述措施实施后,柏泉铁矿选磷回收率提高了约15%,磷精粉每年增产磷精粉约2.7万t,达到了提高资源综合率的目的,将推动冀东地区常温浮选低品位磷的技术进步。

       

      Abstract: Normal temperature flotation is an innovative measure to break the traditional pulp heating flotation, it plays a vital role in reducing the flotation cost, however, there are obvious differences for different ores in different regions.In order to efficiently develop and utilize the associated resources of low-grade colloidal phosphate rock in north China, this paper taking Baiquan iron mine in Chengde area as an example, studying the ore properties of low-grade phosphorus-containing iron ore, and the technological process of phosphorus recovery by flotation at normal temperature.By means of multi-element analysis, XRD analysis, particle size screening test and flotation test, etc, in-depth analysis are carried out from the aspects of ore properties, particle size, flotation time, flotation phenomenon and the role of water glass.Aiming at the problems of unreasonable particle size distribution of flotation raw ore, too long flotation time, easy “trough” in roughing, weak effect of water glass and so on, some suggestions are put forward to improve the pulp concentration and scraper speed, improve the pulp level, screen out coarse particles in advance and improve the grinding medium conditions.After the implementation of the above measures, the recovery rate of phosphorus separation in Baiquan iron mine has increased by about 15%, and the annual output of phosphorus refined powder has increased by about 27 000 tons, achieving the goal of improving the comprehensive rate of resources, which will promote the technical progress of flotation of low-grade phosphorus at normal temperature in eastern Hebei province.
