基于BIM技术的数字化矿山建模研究

    Research on digital mine modeling based on BIM technology

    • 摘要: 在煤矿开采过程中,大部分矿山企业存在管理水平差、资源浪费严重、工作效率低等问题,BIM技术是近些年出现在工程领域的一种三维可视化建模技术,将BIM技术应用于煤矿工程中,创建高维度、高精度、高联动的信息模型,发展数字化矿山的研究理念,对解决这一问题具有重要作用。本文以贵州省某煤矿为研究对象,创建该矿山地质模型,井田开拓定位轴线和矿山主要构件模型族库,初步生成数字化矿山BIM模型。实践结果表明,将BIM技术应用于矿山数字化建模具有可行性,能够提高矿山中人、机、环、管的融合度,该技术在煤矿领域有着很强的适用性,能够加速数字化矿山可视化研究进程,可以作为实现数字化矿山的重要手段。

       

      Abstract: In the process of coal mining, most mining enterprises have problems such as poor management level, serious waste of resources and low work efficiency.BIM technology is a 3D visual modeling technology in the engineering field in recent years.BIM technology is applied to coal mine engineering to create a high-dimensional, high-precision and high linkage information model and develop the research concept of digital mine.It plays an important role in solving this problem.Taking a coal mine in Guizhou province as the research object, this paper establishes the mine geological model, mine field development positioning axis and mine main component model family library, and preliminarily generates the digital mine BIM model.The practice results show that it is feasible to apply BIM technology to mine digital modeling, which can improve the integration of human, machine, environment and management in the mine.This technology has strong applicability in the field of coal mine, can accelerate the visualization research process of digital mine, and can be used as an important means to realize digital mine.
