基于层次分析法的矿井瓦斯抽采基础条件达标评价

    Evaluation of basic conditions for coal mine gas drainage based on analytic hierarchy process

    • 摘要: 为解决煤矿企业在开展瓦斯抽采达标评价过程中遇到评价因素考虑不全面、评价结论不能定量化的问题,采用层次分析法建立了矿井瓦斯抽采基础条件达标评判指标体系。首先,在矿井瓦斯抽采达标评判时确定瓦斯抽采基础条件达标指标体系,并确保各指标满足国家标准、规范的要求;其次,构造判别矩阵,并通过判别矩阵计算各评价指标的权重;再次,针对每一个因素实行专家打分,构建定量分析和定性分析相结合的瓦斯抽采基础条件达标评价模型;最后,将评价结果分类。应用构建的定量分析和定性分析相结合的瓦斯抽采基础条件达标评价模型对矿井的抽采基础条件进行评价,结果表明:矿井瓦斯抽采基础条件为良好,其中矿井的抽采试验、抽采工艺设计及抽采管理是该矿井的薄弱环节,其原因是矿井人才储备不足,主要是缺少具有设计、研究能力的瓦斯抽采专业技术性人才,符合矿井实际。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems that the evaluation factors are not considered comprehensively and the evaluation conclusion cannot be quantified in the process of carrying out the gas drainage standard evaluation in coal mine enterprises, the AHP method is used to establish the evaluation index system of the basic conditions of gas drainage.First of all, the index system of gas drainage basic conditions is determined to meet the requirements of national regulations and specifications when the gas drainage standard is evaluated; secondly, the discriminant matrix is constructed and the weight of each evaluation index is calculated by the discriminant matrix; thirdly, according to each factor, expert scoring is carried out, and the evaluation model of gas drainage basic conditions is established by combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis; finally, the evaluation results are classified.Based on the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper evaluates the basic conditions of gas drainage.The results show that the basic conditions of gas drainage in the mine are good, and the drainage test, drainage process design and drainage management are the weak links of the mine.The reason is that the reserve of talents is insufficient.The main reason is the lack of professional and technical personnel with design and research ability, which is in line with the actual situation of the mine.
