尾砂胶结充填体孔隙水特征探索试验研究

    Experimental study on pore water characteristics of tailings cemented backfill

    • 摘要: 尾砂胶结充填体的强度是影响充填体稳定性的重要参数之一。当充填料浆进入采场后,尾砂胶结充填物料内的孔隙水含量与孔隙水特征将影响胶凝材料水化离子以及外部硫离子的运移,从而影响充填体强度。为探索并揭示充填配比对孔隙水特征的影响规律,本文测试了不同浓度充填物料孔隙水体积占比与对应充填体孔隙率,并对比分析了两者之间存在的关系。研究结果表明:①充填料浆泌水后仍有大量的孔隙水赋存于充填物料中,且浓度越高孔隙水体积占比越高,测试所得不同初始浓度料浆间孔隙水体积占比极差值可达16.90%;②养护后的充填体孔隙率均小于对应浓度的泌水后物料孔隙水体积占比,测试所得不同浓度充填体的孔隙率极差值为9.64%,相比孔隙水体积占比的对应值降低了近一半;③由于充填体浓度越高,孔隙率越小,孔隙间连通性也越差,阻碍了孔隙水的运移,导致充填体内因水泥水化产生的真空空隙体积也将越大。

       

      Abstract: The strength of cemented backfill is one of the most important factors determining the stableness of backfill body.Existed studies have found that once backfill slurries have been placed into stopes, the content and properties of porous water in cemented backfill materials can affect the migration of hydration ions of binders and the sulphate ions of outside environment, and then affect the strength of cemented backfill.To study and investigate the influence of backfill materials properties on porous water features, the porous water volume content in backfill materials and porosities of cemented backfill have been tested, and the relations between the two properties have been analyzed.The results show that after bleeding, there are still a huge amount of volume of backfill materials are porous water.The higher the concentration is, the higher the volume content of pore water is, and the range of different initial concentrations of backfill slurries is up to 16.90%.After curing, the porosities of cemented backfills are all lower than the pore water volume content of backfill materials with the same concentration.The range of porosities of different cured samples is 9.64%, which is almost decreased by nearly half comparing to the range of pore water volume content.Because of the increase of backfill concentration, the porosity will decrease, the connections of pores will be worse either, which can hinder the migration of pore water and result in the larger volume of air phase in cured cemented backfill.
