峰丛地貌下浅埋煤层开采覆岩裂隙演化计算研究

    Study on calculation law of overburden fractures in shallow coal seam mining under peak cluster landform

    • 摘要: 研究覆岩裂隙演变规律对贵州省峰丛地貌下浅埋煤层的安全绿色开采具有重要意义。本文针对贵州省矿区峰丛地貌下浅埋煤层开采过程中覆岩裂隙演化特征,结合普洒煤矿的实际工程地质情况,利用数值模拟与相似模拟实验,揭示了11013工作面推进过程中覆岩裂隙时空演化规律。结果表明:数值模拟与相似模拟实验的结果基本一致。当工作面推进至30 m时,采空区上方岩层出现较为明显的离层裂隙,随着工作面的继续推进,基本顶出现不同程度的离层裂隙与穿层裂隙;工作面推进100~160 m(地表属于下坡阶段)时,覆岩裂隙发育速度加剧;当工作面推进155 m左右时,坡体地表出现裂缝并向下延伸,最终导通工作面裂隙,此时覆岩裂隙最大发育高度约108 m,此后不再继续向上发展,覆岩裂隙发育呈现孕育扩张闭合的演化特征,覆岩裂隙整体分布形态在煤层自身倾角作用下类似于斜梯形形状。研究结果能为类似地质条件下工作面的绿色开采提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: It is of great significance to study the evolution law of overburden fractures for safe and green mining of shallow coal seams under peak cluster landform in Guizhou.According to the evolution characteristics of overburden fractures in the mining process of shallow coal seam under peak cluster landform in Guizhou Mining Area,combined with the actual engineering geological conditions of Pusa Coal Mine,the spatio-temporal evolution law of overburden fractures in the advancing process of 11013 working face is revealed by numerical simulation and similar simulation experiments.The results show that the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the similar simulation experiments.When the working face advances to 30 m,the strata above the goaf appear obvious separation cracks.With the continuous advancement of the working face,the basic top appears different degrees of separation cracks and cross-layer cracks.When the working face advances 100-160 m (the surface belongs to the downhill stage),the development speed of overburden fractures increases.When the working face advances about 155 m,cracks appear on the surface of the slope and extend downward,and finally lead to the cracks in the working face.At this time,the maximum development height of overburden fractures is about 108 m,and then it will not continue to develop upward.The development of overburden fractures presents the evolution characteristics of inoculation-expansion-closure,and the overall distribution of overburden fractures is similar to the inclined trapezoidal shape under the action of coal seam dip angle.The research results can provide reference for green mining of working face under similar geological conditions.
