基于传感器的矿石预富集技术发展新趋势

    New development trends of sensor-based ore pre-concentration technology

    • 摘要: 矿石预富集,又称预分选、矿石拣选或预选抛废,多指在矿石进入细碎和磨矿等加工流程前根据特征差异提前进行分选的技术,对降低成本、提高品位、环境保护、减碳应对气候变化具有重要意义。随着色选、XRF、XRT、激光诱导、微波等传感检测技术的进步,基于先进传感器的矿石拣选技术引起了全球知名矿业企业的高度关注和极大兴趣。本文通过考察挪威陶朗、德国Steinert和芬兰IMA Engineering等国际公司以及好朋友、美腾科技和霍里思特等国内企业,发现当前矿石预富集虽然仍在快速发展,但已经形成了较为成熟的原理、方法、技术、设备、矿山应用和效果评价的产业链条。由于历史和市场等原因,美国、日本等国家在矿石分选领域并不占优势,欧洲和澳大利亚的技术研发和矿业应用比较先进,中国企业虽然起步较晚但发展较快,而且开始“走出去”开拓海外市场。而最近兴起的基于解决方案的矿石富集综合技术产品又在一定程度上延续了欧洲先进选矿企业的优势和市场份额,对于中国企业来讲这是薄弱环节。纵观全球市场,矿石预富集技术的应用效果及量化评价主要体现在品位提高、废石去除、回收率、用水和耗能以及生产效率等方面。得益于人工智能、传感器技术、大数据学习和远程通信的飞速发展,基于先进传感器的矿石预富集技术必将迎来快发展和大应用。

       

      Abstract: Ore pre-enrichment also known as pre-sorting, pre-selection and discarding, mostly refers to the technology of sorting in advance according to certain characteristic differences before the ore enters the processing process such as fine crushing and grinding.With the rapid development of COLOR, XRF, XRT, laser induction, microwave and other sensor detection technologies, ore sorting technology based on advanced sensors has attracted great attention from well-known mining companies around the world.It is of great and positive significance to protect and reduce carbon in response to climate change.In this paper, by investigating more than a dozen international companies such as Tomra in Norway, Steinert in Germany, IMA Engineering in Finland, as well as Chinese companies such as Good Friends, Meiteng and Honest, and it is found that although the current ore pre-concentration is still developing rapidly, and it has basically formed a mature industrial chain with principles, methods, technologies, equipment, mine applications and effect evaluation.For historical and market reasons, the United States and Japan do not have an advantage in the field of ore separation.Meanwhile the Europe and Australia are relatively advanced in technology R& D as well as mining applications.Although Chinese companies started late, they have also developed rapidly.The recent emergence of solution-based integrated technology products for ore enrichment has continued to a certain extent the advantages and market share of advanced European beneficiation companies.Among the global market, the application effects and quantitative evaluation of pre-enrichment technology are mainly reflected in the aspects of grade improvement, waste rock removal, recovery rate, water and energy consumption, and production efficiency.Benefit from the rapid development of artificial intelligence, sensor technology and big data, ore pre-concentration technology based on advanced sensors is bound to usher in rapid development and large applications.
