国内地质资料管理前沿热点与发展趋势探讨

    Discussion on the frontiers, hotspots and development trend of geological data management in China

    • 摘要: 信息技术的飞速发展,对各行各业都产生了颠覆性的影响,地质资料管理工作也不例外。为了提高地质资料管理水平,把握当前我国地质资料管理工作的前沿热点,明确在“十四五”乃至更长一段时间内,地质资料管理工作的发展趋势,进一步聚焦工作重点,笔者使用CiteSpace软件,对中国知网学术期刊数据库收录的,自2000年以来有关地质资料管理的学术文献进行可视化聚类分析,包括年度发文数量、发文作者、发文机构、发文关键词、研究主题、时区图谱等的聚类分析,得出当前地质资料管理研究的前沿与热点,主要集中在地质资料管理信息化建设、地质资料数字资源建设和地质资料利用服务三个方面。综合分析结果与文献的研读,笔者预测,在“十四五”期间,国内地质资料管理工作的重心主要集中在三个方向,一是以电子文件为对象的地质资料数字资源建设及其相关工作,包括增量电子地质资料资源建设,电子文件归档与汇交格式优选,电子文件的真实性、完整性、可用性和安全性检测,原生电子文件的在线集成与在线归档,电子文件的长期保管策略等方面;二是以数据资源汇聚为途径的区域性、全国性地质资料数据中心建设及其相关工作,包括技术层面的应用新兴技术指导地质资料数据中心建设,业务层面的多元异构数据的集成汇聚、地质资料数据中心的安全保密管理等方面;三是以互联网为依托的地质资料资源开发与社会化利用服务及其相关工作,包括地质资料专题服务产品的智能化开发、地质资料知识服务转型、地质资料利用需求的深度挖掘、全天候无人化利用服务等。

       

      Abstract: The rapid development of information technology has had a subversive impact on all professions and trades, including the geological data management.In order to improve the level of geological data management, grasp the frontiers and hotspots of geological data management in China, clarify its development trend in the “14th Five-Year Plan” and even a longer period of time, and further focus on the key points of work, the author uses CiteSpace to carry out visual cluster analysis on the academic papers about geological data management collected by CNKI since 2000, including the cluster analysis of annual number of papers issued, authors, institutions, keywords, research topics, etc.By the analysis, the author finds that the frontiers and hotspots of current geological data management research, mainly focusing on the informatization of geological data management, the construction of geological data digital resources and geological data utilization services, etc.Based on the analysis, the author predicts that during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, the focus of domestic geological data management will mainly focus on three aspects.Firstly, the construction of geological data resources with electronic records as the object and related work, including the construction of incremental data resources, the format optimization of electronic records archiving and collection, the authenticity, integrity, availability and security detection of electronic records, the online integration and archiving of original electronic records, the long-term storage strategy of electronic records,and so on.Secondly, the construction of regional and national geological data center with data resource aggregation as the way and related work, including the application of emerging technologies to guide the construction, the integration and aggregation of diversified and heterogeneous data, the security and confidentiality management of the center, and so on.Thirdly, the development and socialized utilization of geological data resources based on the Internet and related work, including the intelligent development of service products, the knowledge service transformation of geological data, the deep excavation of data utilization needs, all weather unattended service, and so on.
