渭北嵯峨山废弃采石矿山开发式治理探讨

渭北嵯峨山一带由于不断的开山采石活动造成矿山地质环境破坏和土地损毁,严重影响了西安都市圈外围景观。以往的治理工程多针对采坑底盘及工业广场等平缓场地,在原地形基础上进行植被修复,受损的地貌景观并未得到根本的改观,废弃采矿用地也未得到充分的复垦利用。本次研究以嵯峨山CK1采坑和CK2采坑两个废弃采坑的生态修复设计项目为依托,提出通过台阶式整治进行地貌重建、复垦利用废弃土地的综合治理方案。研究结果实现了对废弃采石矿山开发式治理,修复工程产生的剩余石料依照相关规定通过政府公共交易平台拍卖回收资金,形成“修复-利用-资金回收”的闭环废弃采石矿山修复模式,旨在为渭北“旱腰带”众多的废弃采石矿山生态修复提供借鉴。
Abstract:Due to continuous quarrying activities, the mining geological environment and land damage in the Cuoeshan area in the north of Weihe River have seriously affected the peripheral landscape of Xi'an metropolitan area.In the past, most of the treatment projects focused on the flat sites such as the pit floor and the industrial square, and vegetation restoration is carried out on the basis of the original topography.The damaged landscape has not been fundamentally improved, and the abandoned mining land has not been fully reclaimed.This study is based on the ecological restoration design project of the abandoned mining pits of Cuoeshan CK1 and CK2, and proposes a comprehensive treatment plan for landform reconstruction, reclamation and utilization of abandoned land through bench type renovation.The research results have realized the development type management of abandoned quarrying mines.The surplus stone produced by the restoration project is auctioned to recover funds through the government public trading platform according to relevant regulations, forming a closed-loop restoration mode of "repair-utilization-recovery" for abandoned quarrying mines, aiming to provide reference for the ecological restoration of many abandoned quarrying mines in the "drought belt" of Weibei.
