尾矿库框架式排水井拱板受力模型分析研究

尾矿库框架式排水井相关工程实践表明,排水井立柱与拱板端部的填缝状态会显著影响结构的整体安全水平。本文以典型事故案例下排水井为例,在深入分析端部填缝质量的基础上,分别构建双铰拱、简支梁以及弹簧拱三种受力模型,以模拟立柱与拱板端部的几种不同接触状态,分析不同模型下拱板内力演变规律及结构承载力情况,探究影响拱板结构安全的关键因素。研究结果表明:①当端部填缝质量较好时,拱板实际受力模式为端部刚度系数较高的弹簧拱模型,接近于理论上的双铰拱模型,此时拱板内力中弯矩较低、轴力较大,拱板结构可靠性高;②当端部填缝质量较差时,拱板受力模式将转化为刚度较低的弹簧拱甚至简支梁模型,此时拱板弯矩及剪力增加、轴力减小,结构可靠性大幅降低;③为提高结构安全度,拱板宜按照刚度极低的弹簧拱或简支梁模型进行设计;④日常运行中,严格按照设计预制拱板的同时,应加强封堵安装全过程管理,并确保端部砂浆填缝质量。
Abstract:The engineering practice of frame drainage well in tailings pond show that the caulking state between the column of drainage well and the end of arch plate will significantly affect the overall safety level of the structure.Taking the drainage well under the typical accident case as an example, based on the in-depth analysis of the end joint filling quality, three stress models of double hinged arch, simply supported beam and spring arch are constructed respectively to simulate several different contact states between the column and the end of the arch plate.By analyzing the internal force evolution law and structural bearing capacity of arch slab under different models, the key factors affecting the safety of arch slab structure are explored.The analysis results show that the end joint filling quality is good, the actual stress mode of the arch plate is the spring arch model with high end stiffness coefficient, which is close to the theoretical double hinged arch model.At this time, the bending moment of the arch plate is low, the axial force is large, and the reliability of the arch plate structure is high.When the quality of end joint filling is poor, the stress mode of arch plate will be transformed into spring arch model with low stiffness or even simply supported beam model.At this time, the bending moment and shear force of the arch plate increase, the axial force decreases, and the structural reliability decreases greatly.In order to improve the structural safety, the arch plate should be designed according to the spring arch model with very low stiffness or simply supported beam model.During daily operation, while prefabricating the arch plate in strict accordance with the design, strengthen the management of the whole process of plugging and installation, and ensure the quality of mortar joint filling at the end.
