小窑破坏区残留煤资源精细复采研究现状及进展

    Status and research progress for fine remining of residual coal in the failure zone of small mines

      我国早期落后的小窑开采方式残留了大量未采煤炭资源,进行残留煤资源精细复采对于有效回收煤炭资源、延长矿井服务年限、促进煤炭工业可持续发展、保障国家能源安全具有重要意义。本文围绕小窑破坏区残留煤资源精细复采过程中涉及的关键科学技术问题,详细综述了目前我国残留煤资源开采现状及研究进展。研究结果表明:利用物探与钻探相结合的方法是查明残留煤资源特征的重要途径,小窑破坏区复杂应力环境导致残留煤复采过程中存在异常矿压显现特征,合理的复采模式与围岩控制方法需与小窑破坏区煤层顶板破碎情况和冒落形态相匹配,加强小窑破坏区有害气体、积水、自燃发火等重大灾害隐患监测与治理是残留煤安全高效复采的重要保障。后续需重点加强老空区有毒有害气体探测技术、小窑破坏区异常矿压显现规律与机理、残留煤复采新模式与围岩控制新技术、残留煤复采灾害防治新方法等方面的系统研究。

       

      Abstract:

      China’s early backward mining method of small mines left a large amount of unmined coal resources.Fine remining of residual coal resources is of great significance to effectively recover precious coal resources, extend the service life of mines, promote the sustainable development of the coal industry, and ensure national energy security.This paper focuses on the key scientific and technical issues involved in the fine re-mining of residual coal resources in the failure zone of small mines and reviews the current status and research progress of residual coal resources mining in China.The results show that the method of combining geophysical exploration and drilling is an important way to find out the characteristics of residual coal resources.The complex stress environment in the failure area zone of small mines led to abnormal ore pressure in the process of residual coal recovery.The reasonable recovery mode and surrounding rock control method should be matched with the broken roof and caving form of the coal seam in the failure area of small mines.The strengthening of the monitoring and control of major hazards such as harmful gases, water and spontaneous combustion in the failure zone of small mines is an important guarantee for the safe and efficient recovery of residual coal.In the follow-up, it is necessary to strengthen the systematic research on the detection technology of toxic and harmful gases in the goaf area, the law and mechanism of abnormal mine pressure in the failure area of small mines, the new model of residual coal remining, the new technology of surrounding rock control, and the new prevention and control method of residual coal remining disaster.
