南堡油田低渗透油藏双子表面活性剂增注技术的应用研究

    The study and application of low permeability quaternary binary surfactant on-line injection technology in Nanpu oil field

    • 摘要: 针对南堡4-3区东二段低渗透油藏注水井注入压力高、欠注严重、常规酸化有效期短等问题;研究应用了JDZC季胺盐双子表面活性剂降压增注工艺,通过室内实验表明,120℃下该体系与南堡4-3区东二段油藏原油的界面张力可达到10-2~10-3mN/m数量级,能够将岩石表面由强亲水转为弱亲水,且能有效防止粘土膨胀,岩心驱替降压实验表明,经JDZC活性增注剂处理后,驱替前后降压率达到30%以上。现场24口井应用结果表明,现场实施有效率为94%,注水井初期注水压力平均下降9.4MPa,有效期超过200d,平均单井增注超过2×103 m3,改善了南堡油田低渗透油藏注水难题。

       

      Abstract: Pointiong at the problems of high water injection、serious under injection、short term of validity of common acid in low permeability oil reservoir of Nanpu oil field. It is applied the on-line injection well stimulation technology of quaternary binary surfactant. It is indicated that the interfacial tension of crude oil can reach 10-2-10-3mN/m. It can change the rock strong water wet into weak water wet. and can prevent clay swelling. The experiments showed that the water drive depressurization rate can reach above 30%. The field application results of 24 wells showed that the field implementation efficiency was 94%, the initial injection pressure of water injection wells decreased by 9.5 MPa on average, the validity period was 200d, and the average enhanced injection of single well was more than 2×103 m3, which improved the water injection problem of Nanpu oil field low permeability reservoir.
