某细粒尾矿库软滩筑坝稳定分析
Stability analysis of tailings dam piled on the weak beach of a fine tailings pond

摘要: 随着选矿工艺水平的提高,入库尾矿粒径越来越细,导致尾矿库滩面软弱,常规筑坝方法实施困难,甚至影响企业生产。本文结合工程实际,采用“模袋法+宽顶子坝”筑坝方式有效解决了细粒尾矿堆坝难题,分析了宽顶子坝作用,采用数值分析方法论证了宽顶子坝的安全稳定性。结果表明,宽顶子坝对库内未固结尾矿的尾矿有防护能力;模袋坝体可提升软弱坝基承载力,加速坝基固结,适用于软基上直接筑坝;采用该方式筑坝,坝体稳定性能满足规范要求。Abstract: With the improvement of mineral processing technology, the particle size of tailings is becoming smaller and smaller.It leads to weak beach surface of tailings reservoir, the difficulty of dam construction, and even affects the production of enterprises.Combined with engineering practice, this paper adopts the method of "geofabriform method + wide dam" to effectively solve the problem of fine tailings dam construction, analyzes the action of wide roof subdam, and demonstrates the safety and stability of wide dam by numerical analysis method.The results show that the wide roof subdam can protect the unconsolidated tailings in the reservoir.?Mold bag dam body can enhance the bearing capacity of weak dam foundation, accelerate the consolidation of dam foundation, suitable for direct damming on soft foundation;?The stability of the dam meets the requirements of the code.
