乳化炸药现场混装技术在掘进爆破作业中的优势浅析

    ANALYSIS ON THE ADVANTAGES OF EMULSION EXPLOSIVE ON-SITE MIXING TECHNOLOGY IN EXCAVATION BLASTING

    • 摘要: 掘进爆破广泛应用于隧道及矿山平巷开采,目前该作业环境下的炮孔装药模式主要以人工为主。乳化炸药现场混装技术的引进可提升爆破作业的机械化、自动化水平,降低劳动强度和减少作业人员。本文结合现场混装技术的特点,从炸药能量释放的调节,降本增效,节能环保等方面对该技术在掘进爆破作业中的应用优势进行了分析,并对现场混装设备的智能化发展趋势进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Excavation blasting is widely used in tunnel and mine drift operations. At present, the charging mode of blastholes is mainly manual. The introduction of on-site mixing technology of emulsion explosives can improve the mechanization and automation level of blasting operations, reduce labor intensity and operating personnel. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of on-site mixing technology, the application advantages of this technology in excavation blasting are analyzed in terms of the adjustment of explosive energy release, cost reduction and efficiency increase, energy saving and environmental protection. It also summarizes and prospects the intelligent development trend of on-site mixing equipment.
