采煤沉陷区“地-基-塔”变形监测分析软件研发与应用

    • 摘要: 为了实现采煤沉陷过程中杆塔随地表发生移动变形的实时监测,基于地表、基础、杆塔3对象测点的坐标数据,研发了由坐标数据进行移动变形分析的换算模型,开发了用于下沉、倾斜、水平移动、水平变形4指标的变形数据存储、分析、呈现应用程序。实测数据分析结果表明,软件分析结果准确,可实现数据查询、显示和分析,可为地下采煤过程中地表杆塔的保护提供技术支持。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize real-time monitoring of tower movement and deformation with the surface in the process of mining subsidence, based on the coordinate data of surface, foundation and tower, a conversion model was developed to analyze the movement and deformation based on the coordinate data, and an application program was developed for data analysis of subsidence, inclination, horizontal movement and horizontal deformation. The analysis results of measured data show that the software has the functions of data storage, analysis and curve presentation, and the analysis results are accurate, which can provide technical support for the protection of ground towers in the process of underground coal mining.
