    Development of Stope Parameters and support design platform based on Q system

    • 摘要: 巴顿岩体质量分类Q系统是目前应用最广泛的岩体质量分类方法之一。基于Q值,可根据Mathews稳定性图和支护设计图进行结构参数选择和支护设计。文章基于Mathews图和支护设计图对数坐标系的特殊性而导致人工量测、查图困难、繁琐,工作量大的问题,通过编制程序的手段,在Hoops平台下,以Visual Studio编程语言,将设计的思想、功能集成程序语言,实现系统程序的开发,通过BCG控件,实现程序的界面设计,绘图功能等。基于Q系统的结构参数选择和支护设计软件,可省去人工计算及看图取值过程,由计算机自动、快速的获得结构参数及支护设计,并由程序界面展示,大大提高了工作效率。结合矿山实际应用,本程序操作简单、可靠,可为Mathews图及支护设计图的应用提供一定的参考。

       

      Abstract: Barton rock mass quality classification Q system is one of the most widely used rock mass quality classification methods at present. Based on Q value, structural parameter selection and support design can be carried out according to Mathews stability diagram and support design diagram. Based on the particularity of logarithmic coordinate system of Mathews drawing and support design drawing, this paper leads to the problems of manual measurement, difficult and cumbersome drawing and heavy workload. By means of programming, the design idea and function are integrated into the program language with visual studio programming language under the hoops platform to realize the development of system program, and the program interface design and drawing function are realized through BCG control. The structural parameter selection and support design software based on Q system can save the manual calculation and drawing value selection process. The structural parameters and support design can be obtained automatically and quickly by the computer and displayed by the program interface, which greatly improves the work efficiency. Combined with the practical application of the mine, this program is simple and reliable, and can provide a certain reference for the application of Mathews diagram and support design diagram.
