Abstract:
As one of the precious natural resources, underground space resources are spatially coupled with other natural resources. The management of underground space resources cannot be separated from the support of spatial-temporal information and its technology system. In this paper, firstly we analyzed the management objects and put forward the classification of spatial-temporal information of urban underground space from the perspective of entity objects. Then, combined with the requirements of underground space resource management under new system, the connotation and essence of the total demand for spatial-temporal information in underground space was analyzed. Based on management logic and characteristics of underground space, we analyzed main demand of management and technology, and put forward the requirements of basic infrastructure capacity, quality control and standard construction. Finally, from the aspects of basic theory and applied technology research, independent software equipment development, pilot demonstration and talent training, we provided the implementation paths of constructing spatial-temporal information technology system of underground space resource management.
