地下空间资源时空信息技术体系的需求与实施路径

    Demand and implementation paths of spatial-temporal information technology system for underground space resources

    • 摘要: 地下空间资源是宝贵的自然资源之一,与其他自然资源要素在空间上呈现耦合关系,地下空间资源统一管理离不开时空信息及其技术体系的支撑。本文首先分析了地下空间资源的管理对象,并从实体对象角度提出了城市地下空间时空信息的分类。然后,结合新体制下地下空间资源统一管理履职尽责的要求,分析了地下空间时空信息总需求的内涵和实质,并从业务逻辑、地下空间特征出发,剖析了业务需求和技术需求,据此提出基础能力、质量管控和标准建设等方面的主要需求。最后,从基础理论和应用技术研究、自主软件装备研制、试点示范、人才培养等方面提出了构建地下空间资源时空信息技术体系的实施路径。

       

      Abstract: As one of the precious natural resources, underground space resources are spatially coupled with other natural resources. The management of underground space resources cannot be separated from the support of spatial-temporal information and its technology system. In this paper, firstly we analyzed the management objects and put forward the classification of spatial-temporal information of urban underground space from the perspective of entity objects. Then, combined with the requirements of underground space resource management under new system, the connotation and essence of the total demand for spatial-temporal information in underground space was analyzed. Based on management logic and characteristics of underground space, we analyzed main demand of management and technology, and put forward the requirements of basic infrastructure capacity, quality control and standard construction. Finally, from the aspects of basic theory and applied technology research, independent software equipment development, pilot demonstration and talent training, we provided the implementation paths of constructing spatial-temporal information technology system of underground space resource management.
