阴极板刷板设备的结构设计和传动计算

    Structural design and transmission calculation of cathode plate brushing equipment

    • 摘要: 阴极板刷板设备由刷洗装置、阴极板传输链及刷洗水路组成。刷洗装置用于对已剥离锌片的阴极板表面进行刷洗,阴极板传输链用于步进传输阴极板,刷洗水路用于对阴极板表面进行冲洗。通过对阴极板刷板设备的结构进行设计,将刷辊同步开合与齿形带传动相结合,实现阴极板刷辊的同步开合及阴极板的平稳升降。该阴极板刷板设备已在剥锌刷洗生产线上投入生产应用,取得了良好应用效果。

       

      Abstract: The cathode plate brushing equipment consists of a brushing device, a cathode plate conveying chain and a brushing water circuit. The brushing device is used for brushing the surface of the cathode plate that has been stripped of the zinc sheet, the cathode plate conveying chain is used for stepwise conveying the cathode plate, and the brushing water circuit is used for washing the surface of the cathode plate. By designing the structure of the cathode plate brushing equipment, the synchronous opening and closing of the brush roller and the toothed belt drive are combined to realize the synchronous opening and closing of the cathode plate brush roller and the stable lifting of the cathode plate. The cathode plate brushing equipment has been put into production and application in the zinc stripping and brushing production line, and has achieved good application results.
